Hi, friends! Hope you had a wonderful long weekend if you’re in the United States and celebrated Memorial Day this past Monday.
Recently I’ve been reading Cytonic by Brandon Sanderson, which is book three of the Skyward series. At this point you’re pretty entrenched in the series so I don’t want to give anything away. What I will say is unfortunately I’ve found I’m enjoying this book less than the other two so far. We still follow main character Sansa, who has undergone a lot of growth by this point, but the setting is pretty different from the first two books. I’m about half way through at page 222/400ish, so we’ll see if that changes at all.
After this I’m planning to pick up a thriller read and I’m so excited for the change of pace! I’m still working through my physical book pile and right now it’s looking like Cult X by Fuminori Nakamura,Kalau Almony might be the next one I pick up. I mean look at this synopsis opening 😎:
